By using VocalRemover ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

The Service is a free, browser-based audio tool that separates a stereo audio file into an instrumental track and a vocal track. All processing is performed locally in your browser; no audio is uploaded to our servers.

3. Your responsibilities

You may only process audio files that you own or have the legal right to use.
You are solely responsible for how you use the resulting tracks, including compliance with copyright law in your country.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

4. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Separation quality depends on the source material and is not guaranteed.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

6. Advertising

The Service is funded by third-party advertising (Google AdSense). See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Changes to the Service or these terms

We may modify or discontinue the Service, or update these terms, at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
